Cross Country


W.A.L.T-Run 1.5 km for Cross Country.

I learned that you should jog first then get faster and faster until you are sprinting.

I achieved my goal because I came in the top twenty as 15th.

Next time I will train more to get faster and try to get into the top 5 or 3.
